this week was quite free as there is not many patients turned up. we've learnt how to handle patients on the phone. like reminding them their appointment is the day after, if they are able to make it. and also calling them to ask them information of the child provided in the health booklet.
learnt to speak more confidently.
learnt how to take blood pressure and skinfold thickness.
