learnt some of the equipment used there. to check the pupil of kids and seen how mr. prabakaran handled 3 kids today, which are all very small in terms of age.
also, we were trained to tok to the parents if necessary , like how to convince them to let them have their child to stay with us. all kids below 6 yrs old need to do an eye checkup also. and so on. hence, we were kind of told how to handle cases when parents may not be cooperative, to convince them.
